After gathering some information, we will provide you with a free, same day quote for your project.
After a design and price has been agreed upon with our client, then it’s time to begin the installation process. One of our project foreman will make a final site visit before construction starts to be sure the project site is ready. We then mobilize all equipment and manpower to the site on an agreed upon date for installation.
First, we prep the work area by protecting in place all permanent items and structures surrounding the immediate work site. We establish a safe and effective staging area for our equipment to operate from. Now we are ready to begin the shotcrete installation.
Our crew will work together in a synchronized fashion applying shotcrete while working the material into its final shape and finishing it at the same time. This careful choreographed operation has been perfected over our years of experience utilizing best practices and never straying from industry standards.
Once the final finishing touches have been made, the crew will break down all protective barriers, clean up the site and the equipment, and leave the client’s project area in the same condition as it was when we first arrived, but with the addition of a beautifully installed new residential shotcrete feature.
