After gathering some information, we will provide you with a free, same day quote for your project.
Once a requirement for shotcrete is identified on a project, no need to do anything more than to contact us directly and let us take it from there. We will take the drawings and specs provided and perform our own material resource takeoffs, estimates for labor and equipment, obtain supplier quotes as necessary, and finally assemble the proposal in short order for review.
We have perfected the process of quickly turning around a proposal, thanks to our years of industry experience and implementation of efficient data analysis that can be applied to each new project. Once all the details of the proposal are ironed out and agreed upon, we get to work straight away on the submittal process and shop drawings if applicable. This is usually a two-day process.
After receipt of the signed contract and approved submittals, we can lock in our material orders for a specific agreed upon date. As the date approaches, one of our foreman will perform a site visit to ensure the project is ready and prepped accordingly for our scope of work to begin. If everything checks out, we mobilize all equipment and manpower to the site and get to work.
We always start by protecting in place any immediate surrounding items of importance to prevent any overspray from hitting them. We stage our equipment from where we will begin our operations and prep the equipment for use. We are now ready to begin the installation per the plans and specs and contract as agreed upon.
As we work through our scope of work, we keep a clear and open line of communication with our contracted party to ensure everything stays on track as desired. Transparency is the key to everyone’s success.
Once we finish the installation, we will break down our equipment and protection barriers, clean up any leftover material or debris created by our installation, and demobilize from the site.
